Breathe

Life gets stressful and breathing helps. Set aside the books for 10 minutes and just take a few deep breaths to give yourself a little energy boost and to give your brain a quick break.

Communicate

Tell others how you are feeling. Sit down with a friend or your roommate and just talk about your day or catch up about your weekend.

Zzzz...

Sleep is vital to keeping your energy up throughout the day, don’t skip out on it. Late-night study sessions can be effective, but don't forget to take a nap or two throughout the day to reenergize yourself.
