The School of Education (SOE) has been preparing teachers and educators since 1891 to work in child care facilities, primary schools, middle schools, secondary schools, higher education, and more.

UW-Stout's programs meet the educational requirements for professional licensure or certification in Wisconsin, and it may meet the educational requirements for professional licensure or certification in other states.
