University Dining provides nutrition, ingredient, and allergen information for all items produced in our kitchens. From our online nutritional database, you can find information about:

  • Dining locations on campus
  • Nutritional content of foods
  • Ingredients and information on the top 8 food allergens
  • 14 days of menus so customers can plan ahead
  • On our web menu, filters that can be used for the top 8 food allergens (milk, wheat, eggs, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts)
  • Information about whether food is vegetarian, vegan, contains pork, or is naturally free from gluten.

Our menu analysis software can be found:

  1. From our University Dining website on a computer or smart phone browser
  2. From kiosks located outside or inside of each dining location
  3. From the Dining tab on the Stout app
