The Emerging Center for Career and Technical Education Excellence seeks to provide professional development opportunities to enhance educators’ effectiveness. By offering programs and services that support and promote career and technical education through all stages in the profession, so educators can increase their knowledge and skills throughout their careers.

Leadership Development in Post-Secondary Education

Description

Evaluate knowledge surrounding leadership in higher education. Compare adaptive challenges and formulate how to embrace and apply the change process to teams and organizations. Appraise higher education leadership with an increased understanding of organizational culture and behaviors to manage the enterprise of education. Application of knowledge gained from the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute (WLDI).
